Across Mountains and Sea, Together as One: Royalchem's 2026 Chaoshan Employee Trip

From September 18 to 21, 2026, Royalchem organized a four-day employee trip to Chaoshan. As part of the company's employee care and benefits program, the journey gave colleagues time to step away from their daily routines, recharge in a new setting, and strengthen connections across teams. Coastal scenery, historic streets, local traditions and shared meals turned the trip into a warm and memorable team experience.

Heading to the Coast and Connecting Beyond the Workplace

The journey opened with the bright coastal atmosphere of Nan'ao Island. Against a backdrop of sea, sky and local landmarks, colleagues captured moments that reflected the relaxed spirit of the trip. People who usually collaborate across business development, finance, supply chain and customer service had a chance to connect in a different way.
