Lunar New Year Message: Thank You for Walking with Us

As the Lunar New Year approaches, Royalchem extends our warm wishes to all customers, partners, and team members. We'd also like to take this moment for a brief reflection. Over the past year, we focused on doing the fundamentals well-staying dependable, improving coordination, and responding with clarity. We don't aim for grand statements; we aim to earn trust through steady actions.

Looking ahead, we will continue to grow around three themes: Reliable Delivery, Responsive Service, and Continuous Learning.

1) Putting reliability first

For customers, what matters most is not slogans-it's being dependable when it counts. Over the past year, we kept strengthening everyday execution: smoother communication, steadier delivery, and more timely responses.
These improvements may not look dramatic, but they add up-and they become a long-term foundation.

2) Our three focus areas

We chose to invest our energy in what can last and compound over time:

• Reliable Delivery: strengthening the basics and reducing uncertainty

• Responsive Service: faster, clearer communication-and solutions that are practical and actionable

• Continuous Learning: reflecting consistently and turning experience into shared capability

3) A few milestones worth noting 

We also reached several meaningful milestones, such as:

• Staying close to the market: participating in overseas exhibitions and industry events (CPHI, Coatings etc)

• Progress in sustainability and compliance: continued efforts in ESG and compliance systems (EcoVadis Silver / rating improvement)

• Building stronger partnerships: strengthening communication and cooperation with key customers and partners (Bayer and others)

4) Listening to our team: appreciation and honest feedback

Before the holiday, we also gathered internal feedback through team conversations. What encouraged us most was this: while the pace was demanding, many colleagues felt teamwork became smoother and it was easier to move things forward together.

We also received candid suggestions-more transparency, clearer planning, less repetitive work, and more structured training.
We value these voices because care isn't about ceremonies-it's about turning feedback into real improvements. We will address the most urgent issues first and keep improving step by step.

5) Coming together: Annual Meeting & Annual Awards

As the year concluded, we held our Annual Meeting and Annual Awards.
It wasn't only about celebration-it was about recognizing commitment, appreciating contributions, and recharging as one team.

6) Looking ahead to 2026

In 2026, we won't aim for big promises-we'll aim for steady progress: being more reliable to customers, more transparent in collaboration, and more supportive of team growth.
