Basic components of UV coating preparation: 1 Oligomers (unsaturated polyester and acrylate resin) 2 Photosensitive monomer (active diluent) 3 Photoinitiator 4 Auxiliary components (leveling agent, defoaming agent, base lubricant, matting agent, dispersant, stabilizer, surface smoothing agent...). As a photosensitive monomer, it is a reactive nonvolatile solvent that directly participates in the curing and film-forming process. In addition, it dissolves the solid components in the UV coating and adjusts the viscosity of the system. Product advantages: compared with other units, adding IBOA active diluent into the acrylic resin formula can effectively reduce its viscosity and improve its leveling, adhesion and impact resistance. Application examples: automobile surface coating, automobile cover varnish.

The addition of 20%-80% can adjust the viscosity of prepolymer and polymerize at the same time to form a cured film. Product advantages: while increasing the hardness of the film-forming material, it can maintain and increase its elasticity, and improve the gloss, brightness, adhesion, leveling, friction resistance, aging resistance and corrosion resistance of the polymer.
