Application Guide

Select the right grade based on Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance (HLB):

AEO-3 (Lipophilic): Primary feedstock for sulfating to produce AES (SLES). Also used as a W/O emulsifier for mineral oils and silicone defoamers.
AEO-7 (Balanced): Excellent penetrant and scouring agent for textile pre-treatment. Removes wax and oil from wool and cotton fibers efficiently.
AEO-9 (Hydrophilic): The gold standard for Liquid Laundry Detergents and dishwashing liquids. Provides superior detergency, wetting, and emulsification. Ideal APEO-free replacement for NP-10.
Industrial Use: Used as degreasers in metal processing and de-inking agents in the paper industry.
