Food & Beverage (Flavor)

Used as a flavor enhancer and nutritional supplement. It adds a mild sweetness and "Umami" richness to seasonings, beverages, and organic acids. Improves the taste profile of synthetic sweeteners.

Pharmaceutical Intermediates

Critical raw material for the synthesis of Vitamin B6 and Calcium Pantothenate. Also used in amino acid injection/infusion solutions for nutritional therapy.

Industrial & Agro (MGDA)

Trending: Primary precursor for MGDA (Methylglycinediacetic acid), a highly biodegradable chelating agent replacing phosphates in detergents. Also acts as a fertilizer synergist to improve crop nutrient absorption.
