    Compensates for the low absorption of traditional initiators (e.g., 184, 1173) under 395nm and 405nm LED sources, significantly boosting curing speed.

  • Deep & Thick Coating Curing:
    Leverages high penetration and absorption in long wavelengths to resolve adhesion issues caused by incomplete bottom curing.

  • LDI Dry Films & Photoresists:
    Suitable for high-precision electronic circuit manufacturing requiring extreme photosensitivity (matches i-line, h-line).

  • Fluorescence Tracing / Light Blocking:
    Utilizes its intense 476nm blue fluorescence for online AOI inspection (Conformal Coating). Can also be used as a light-blocking agent in PCB substrates to prevent light leakage during double-sided exposure.
